David specializes in commercial law, corporate law, high-tech, and international transactions, with extensive experience advising on financing, investment, and M&A deals totaling hundreds of millions of dollars. His expertise includes managing and supporting cross-border transactions in more than 30 countries, negotiating with senior executives of international companies, and advising on complex corporate and legal structures.
He began his professional career at Herzog Fox & Neeman, where he advised public and private companies, venture capital funds, and startups on a wide range of matters – from company formation and corporate governance, through investment rounds and ongoing counsel, to public offerings and M&A transactions, including regulatory and compliance aspects.
Subsequently, David served as in-house counsel at a global investment firm, where he led complex financing transactions, developed and implemented international compliance and governance policies, managed teams of legal counsels worldwide, and advised high-growth technology companies. In this role, he oversaw the entire transaction lifecycle – from structuring and negotiation through to closing.
David brings a unique combination of deep legal expertise and international business experience in capital markets and the high-tech sector, enabling him to deliver significant added value to clients in complex transactions.
