Lizi’s main practice and experience is in the field of commercial and corporate law, with expertise in complex contracts in various fields, while working extensively with consulting, technology and cyber companies.
Such framework includes drafting commercial agreements in various fields and negotiating in connection with them, including: service agreements, partnership, marketing, subcontractors, purchase agreements, management of complex technology agreements (including distribution and reseller agreements), brokerage and lead transfer agreements, confidentiality, privacy protection and more.
Lizi advises companies and businesses in the field of services, franchising, terms of use and privacy policies regarding websites, software and applications and databases and privacy obligations.
In addition, Lizi has extensive experience in compliance, regulatory analysis, preparation of internal work procedures based on regulatory changes, characterization and mapping, adaptation to the various functions in the organization, making contractual adjustments, technological adjustments and implementation and training processes.
Lizi has extensive experience working with the public sector – managing the policy of the state’s tender submission process, including writing clarifying questions, conflict of interest issues, negotiating agreements, preparing appeals and accompanying projects from the legal aspect.
Lizi is experienced in international work and much of her work is done in English.
Prior to joining the firm, Lizi worked for over a decade as legal counsel for Deloitte Israel.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the College of Management (LL.B.) academic track.
